Reports, resumes, cover letters, salary estimates, and job matches generated by OwnMyWorth are produced by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational and career planning purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice, HR advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of employment.
AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You are responsible for reviewing all output before using it in job applications, salary negotiations, or any other context. OwnMyWorth is not responsible for outcomes resulting from use of AI-generated content.
Paid reports are processed through Stripe. Payment is charged at the time of purchase. All sales are final. Due to the nature of AI-generated digital content (which is delivered immediately upon generation), we do not offer general refunds.

The OwnMyWorth platform, branding, and underlying technology are owned by OwnMyWorth and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The AI-generated report content produced for you is licensed to you for personal use. You may use your generated resume and cover letters in job applications without restriction.
You retain ownership of the resume text and work history you submit. By submitting content to the Service, you grant OwnMyWorth a limited license to process that content through AI systems for the sole purpose of generating your report.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OwnMyWorth and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost employment opportunities, lost income, or decisions made based on AI-generated content — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reports will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation.
